Challenge: In "Break Glass" scenarios where every moment counts, searching for scattered emergency protocols created dangerous delays and cognitive load.

Solution: Architected a centralised, rapid-deployment repository acting as a single source of truth. Consolidated critical Action Cards, Equipment SOPs, and recovery workflows to ensure zero hesitation during high-pressure outages.

Challenge: Real-time pending workload lacked visibility during routine and surges in demands (FBC, Malaria, Coagulation studies), leading to fragmented accountability.

Solution: Deployed a 24/7 large screen "Kentrol Centre" dashboard displaying RAG status of pending work. Created immediate shared accountability for critical Turnaround Times (TAT).

Challenge: Traditional paper logging lacked the ability to trend data over time, creating "blind spots" that made proactive intervention impossible.

Solution: Developed a bespoke, holistic monitoring solution providing real-time visibility from anywhere, including mobile devices. Replaced clipboards with live interactive dashboards, effectively mimicking industry-leading platforms.

Challenge: Navigating a Central London Hub through the complex transition to the new 2022 standards.

Solution: Led the gap analysis and operational overhaul. Integrated risk management directly into daily workflows rather than treating it as a paper exercise.

Challenge: Integrating complex robotics into a high-volume London Hub. The risk was not just technical, but cultural—requiring staff to adapt to rapid workflow changes without impacting service.

Solution: Championed a "Strategy of Openness", empowering staff to design their own workflows. Fostered a culture of autonomy where new ideas were tested, not feared. Collaborated with network leads to ensure cross-site harmonisation.

Challenge: Harmonising workflows across Charing Cross and satellite sites to ensure uniform quality.

Solution: Standardised SOPs and implemented data-driven turnaround time (TAT) monitoring to identify bottlenecks in the hub-and-spoke model.
